Feature Request: option to view pull request diff commit-by-commit (BB-14649)

Whenever I view a pull request I open a new tab for each commit included.

However, when I leave inline comments I have to go back to the full pull request view (since any rebases/force pushes on the branch will change the commit hash and comments left on commits are lost).

What would be really great is if I could view the pull request diff with a breakdown commit-by-commit of the changes. When comments are left inline in this view, they would be attached to the pull request – not the commit.

Ideally, there would be a toggle that switches between the current diff view and my suggested commit-by-commit diff view.
