When Issues are listed in Issue tracker, titles are now ellipsized. (BB-14323)

Actions Performed

I am using a Windows 7 Desktop PC with Firefox Browser.

I visit the list of Issues in my Bitbucket project.

Say at: https://bitbucket.org/example/example/issues?status=new&status=open

##Actual Result ##

The titles of each issue are cut short and ellipsized.

Expected

The titles of each issue shown in full (Wrapping over multiple lines if necessary.)

I found it really handy to be able to lean back and read the whole title of each issue without having to hover my mouse over it or click on it to read it in full.

This feature was what separates Bitbucket from other issue trackers.

It would be nice to have the option to see the full title of each Issue in the Issues list.
