Branch downloads contain a folder at root which is the commit hash

This folder does not really serve a purpose, if it was the name of the branch I would understand. But my use case is that I want someone to hit download link for a public branch and get a zip or the contents e.g.

https://bitbucket.org/tomizone/portal-templates/get/112_Branded_OneClickOnline_Advertising_Redirect.zip

to give zip with base like
application.hbs
css
js
partials
img

ideally the name of the zip/tgz would match the branch/tag name
