Wiki pages can be saved with brackets('[' ']') in the filename (BB-14827)

This causes links to not render properly in commit comments or issues.

When creating a wiki link with [[1.0.0]], no link was created, while [[100]] works just fine. It seems the wiki does not accept the . character for some unknown reason.

This is a little annoying since we usually create a wiki page for each version, but due to the bug mentioned above, pages like [[version 1.0.0]] cannot be created. It would be nice to see this bug fixed.
