Pull request activity log is not robust - diffs may change from when comment was made (BB-15269)

The pull request activity log should always show the diffs as there were when the comment was made. If other commits are made to the target branch or if the source branch is rebased/updated the diffs are (sometimes?) changed from what they were when a comment was made.
