Description
Recently I was reviewing a pull request from a team member in a private repo. I was adding a non-formatted code snippet (less than one line, so didn't want to use the code formatter) and referenced '@ synchronize' except with no space. After posting my comment, it added the user with that user name (https://bitbucket.org/Synchronize/) to the comment in what look like a comment tag.
My bug report (perhaps improvement) is that I shouldn't be able to tag a user and use the @ tag freely so long as that user can not see/should not be able to see the repo and the subsequent pull request page.
