At the bitbucket wiki reStructuredText URI aliases don't work (BB-15215)

I've got same anchor words on a wiki page, which should link to different URIs. E.g.

#!restructuredtext
`text<alias1_>`_

.. somewhere else

`text<alias2_>`_

.. _alias1: http://uri1.com/
.. _alias2: http://uri2.com/

The problem is that parser treats that aliases as an embedded URI, not as URI alias. As a result I get links to the non existent wiki pages "alias1_" and "alias2_".

Is that behaviour an intentional simplification?
