Broken repository because name of the repo in russian

I created new repo and named it "юристсрочно.рф". Now I can't open or delete it.
When I tried to open repo from dashboard bitbucket just redirected me to the team's dashboard. When I tried to open the correct link "https://bitbucket.org/web-brain/юристсрочно.рф" I saw 404 error.
