Repositories having brackets in their name aren't moved to the default project (BB-15374)

When opting into the beta projects feature repos having brackets (i.e. "(" or ")") in their names aren't moved to the default project, remaining in limbo. You can't even move these repos one by one to a project by going their admin screens, the only way to resolve this is to move them from the repository selector of an empty project.
