Repo transferred from team to individual account not removed from team's project (BB-15647)

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a project in your team
2. Add a repo to that project
3. Transfer the repo from the team to an individual account
4. Repo is still visible in project (owned by user), but also appears on the "Add repositories from an individual account" screen
