Editable Project Pages

Currently project pages are not much more than a list of links to the repositories within it. Instead, it would be better if one could have an editable markdown file that is displayed as the content of the project's page.

Furthermore, it would be nice if one could actually clone the project (as a repo) and receive that readme file along with the repositories within the project setup as submodules. This would also allow for the project repo to act as a place where a "do it all" build script could be placed.
