Creating a fork that has an Issue Tracker or Wiki enabled, in a Bitbucket Team, results in an error (BB-15659)

Summary

When creating a fork with owner a Bitbucket Team, if either Issue Tracker or Wiki are enabled in the Create fork page, this leads to a 500 error.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Log in to Bitbucket
2. Visit a repository's page (either under individual account, or under a Team account)
3. Select Fork from the menu on the left
4. In the page that opens, select as Owner a Bitbucket Team
5. Click 'Advanced Settings'
6. Enable both or either of the checkboxes Issue Tracking or Wiki
7. Click Fork repository

Expected Results

The repo is forked under the selected team

Actual Results

A 500 error shows

Workaround

Deselect Issue Tracker and Wiki in the Create fork page.
