Option to only add repository owner to users once repository is created

Currently, if a user is part of a Developer Group with write only permissions they are able to create a repository, once the repository is created their account is automatically added to the repository users permissions and given admin access for that repo overriding the group permissions.

It would be nice to have a team admin setting so users that are in a write only group are no longer added to the repo user permissions by default and honour the group permissions. ie. a Developer with write only access in the team can create repo but not delete, rename or change any other settings for that repo.
