Access management for different groups

I'm not sure if this is a bug or a feature request. Put it as a bug, feel free to change as needed.

Situation:

I'm a member of a certain team with 3 groups:

• Junior
• Senior
• Admin

I'm part of the junior group

I've got a personal repository that's a fork of a team repository. Changes are committed on the personal repository. They are then integrated in the team repository by filing a pull request.

For this reason I want to give read access of my personal repository to our senior group like so:

Since I'm not a member of the Senior group I can't see this group when I use the dropdown in access management:

Expected/wanted behavior:

In access management of my personal repository I can select any group of our team in the dropdown and give that group read,write or admin access to my personal repository.

This in order to ensure a more straightforward method of configuring the way we handle pull requests

Workaround:

We've managed to give read access of my personal repository to the senior group by using the following method:

• Give a member of the admin group access to my personal repository (Admin access that is)
• Let him add the senior group in access management.
• Remove admin access to my personal repository for the member of our admin group.

While this method works and gives the same result, it requires admin members to stop their workflow and intervene in the process of getting any junior member up and running with the project.
