Update issue upon commit

It would be helpful to have a feature to update an issue upon commit as follows:

Insert a comment under the issue whose number is quoted in the commit message to show: changeset, user, commit message text.

This way, a reviewer can easily see everything from the issue tracker AND get an email notification averytime a commit is made that he/she has to review.
