Commit number/id bad referenced when you open a specific file and when you click full commit. (BB-14832)

when you open a file you see a commit number. I understood it is the last commit number of the specific file, but it isn't, it corresponds to the last commit from all files. you have to either click for full commit or pick the commit from the list
