Unable to link user's in Issues module if name contains accent. (BB-15774)

Bitbucket attempts to show the user's full name for the mention, but fails to linkify the names if the full name of the user contains an accent

You will get the username in the dropdown, and you are able to select. However, when you save the comment, the username isn't actually mentioned or linkified.
