Don't send referrer for link in user content

We add links to our tickets or git sometimes from site competitors, blogs, or other examples from other sites, but to be honest we don't really like it if they knows/can see our tickets address (source) or git push address. So far we use http://hideref.org/ to hide the origin.

Perhaps it's an idea to make a redirect service for all links that are used? To make your service more secure?
