As a user I want to see which Pull Requests have conflicts in the Open Pull Requests list of a repo

Problem Definition

The Pull requests list for a repository does not show any indication about which PRs have conflicts. A user that wants to check which ones need conflict resolution, needs to open them one by one. If there is a large number of open Pull Requests, this process can be time consuming.

Suggested Solution

It would be useful to have a column in this list that indicates whether each PR has conflicts or not. This way a user can immediately see which ones need conflict resolution.
