As a team member I want to receive only one email that notifies me of changes in repositories access

Problem Definition

When a Team admin goes to a User Group in this team >> More >> Update repository access, and changes the access for 'All repositories that the team owns', then each user from that group (that has notifications enabled) receives as many emails as the number of repositories, notifying them that 'Your access to X repo has changed'.

If a team has 300 repositories, then each change results in 300 emails being sent for every change.

Suggested Solution

For changes in team user group access, send one email that lists all repositories where user access has been changed.
