Unexpected behavior when repository name ends with .git (BB-16132)

    Description

      Lets say I have 2 repositories: "TestRepo" and "TestRepo.Git"

      When I try to browse repository 2 I always redirected to repository 1 (even when browse source code).

      It seems like if url ends with ".git" it always replaced with "".
      As a result I have to manually add ".git.git" to every URL that I use.

      Test repo: https://bitbucket.org/xferra/testrepo.git.git/src\\
