Repository invites on repository page defaults to 'Team' (BB-15947)

    Description

      Seems like a minor UX papercut, if you click on the "Invite users to this repo" on the repo overview page, it will default to the "Teams" tab. It would probably make more sense to default this to the repository tab to avoid any unnecessary access.
