Unable to Edit

I uploaded a file to bitbucket repo by mistake. I want to delete it. I go to file and press edit and delete and commit the change.

I get the error:
"The file 'DataStorage/tests/init.pyc' did not change between these commits. "

And now the edit button is disabled.
