Create 'permalinks' to comments in commit view

Here where I work we use pull requests to making code reviews and Jira tickets to track the found code issues and to get metrics later. The problem is that currently we don't have a way to reference a specific comment added to bitbucket commit inside Jira

I think this improvement would be like Jira's comments, where you can click on the chain icon and get a permalink to that specific comment:

Is it possible to do?
