Filter pull request file list by file type

Something that i'm finding extremely frustrating with many code review tools is that there are just too many files in the list (example: github will truncate and give up if there are more than x number of files). This feature request is for bitbucket's recently mentioned improved code review tools to allow filtering of the files being displayed in the diff.
ideally i'd like to key in on specific source files based on file type or a wildcard, or combination of the two. *.h, *.m *.swift and not include things like *.png, *.jpg, *.strings.
