Customer Request : Allow repository owner to add reviewer to a fork pull request

Problem Definition

The merge destination of the repository of a Team unable to add reviewers on a pull request created by other forked repository.

Suggested Solution

Add a feature that would allow the Team of the destination repository to add reviewers to the pull request that created by another user who forked from the repository.

This feature will allow the Team have more control over their repository

Current Workaround

Request the owner of the forked repository to

1. add the reviewers into the pull request
2. grant you with the repository write access at Repo Settings>Access Management
