Cannot report comments as spam

I received a comment on a commit

The commit is literal gibberish. The account appears to be a throwaway. The account's "snippets" contain commercial spam.

Bitbucket exposes the ability to delete the comment. But it does not expose "report as spam" on the comment, as it does for issues. There is no way for me to report upstream that the account was causing a problem.

Expected behavior: Any user submitted comments that I can delete, I should be able to report as spam.
