Should have some way to download zip without main folder

I have create system to download zip from bitbucket repo and upload to aws lambda. But aws lambda need zip that flat out the top folder. While download zip from bitbucket contain a top folder in the same name as zip

There should be some option to make it flat. Currently now I need to write program just to decompress and recompress by myself
