Customer request: Disable Spell checking on the repository search/filter on Safari

Issue #12691 resolved
Vivian Choo created an issue

It will be helpful if Safari's spellchecking/autocorrect feature does not affect the Repository Search/Filter feature on the Dashboard on Bitbucket.

For some users, there are are many repositories which aren't named after dictionary words, so autocorrecting the search terms on the filter can be quite annoying.

The current workaround is too disable spellcheck and autocorrect on Safari, but many users will rather not disable a useful feature, browser-wide, just because of one input on a specific URL.

I can't see the change yet. I did try clearing and disabling the cache.

I will keep an eye on this for a few weeks to see if the change is just working it's way through.

I've attached a gif of the undesired behaviour I see just in case this isn't clear. Behaviour on: https://bitbucket.org/dashboard/repositories

Dang, I thought you were talking about the global search (which used to be at the top, and is now in the sidebar), but now I clearly see you're not talking about that one.

The global search has spellcheck=false, we need to update this one too.
