Branch Management: branch level read-access permissions

Hi,

I noticed in your Branch Management, you are able to control the push-level permissions. We need to be able to control the pull-level or read permissions on a branch.

Our scenario:
We have 2 bitbucket users U1, U2, and each one has a respective branch B1, B2. The code base is shared from the default branch, but there are specifics and sensitive information in B1 that shouldn't be shared with U2, and vise-versa.

I'd prefer not to fork and do a massive cleanup, and keep things in the same repo.
