Customer Request: Small tooltip when hovering long branch names when creating pull requests.

It will be great if there is a small tooltip when hovering branch names while picking a branch from the branch dropdown ... when creating a pull request.

Currently, when creating a pull request, the branch names of the top right (from branch) are truncated If branches names are long with a slight difference at the end of the branch name. Therefore it's quite a trouble to know which branch one merging from.
