A a user, I'd like to be able to see my team's aggregated build time for the current billing period

Currently, you can see build times for individual builds. But it would be really handy to have a little dashboard where we have some info like build count, failed build count, successful build counts, total number of build minutes (since that might be billable to the user). It could be for the current period (billing?) or it could be fancier and allow a date range selection for the said stats.
