Description
Since last Friday, nobody in our organization has received any email notifications from bitbucket (or hipchat either). We suspected at first that they were being caught in our spam filter, as a team member changed their notifications to be sent to their gmail account and that worked, but our internal IT support has confirmed that the emails are not making it to us.
I found a support ticket here: BCLOUD-11376 which seems similar to our situation, and we were wondering if the problem could possibly be on your end.
As a note, we are still receiving JIRA and Confluence emails.
