Ability to use parent task branch as parent branch

Using a feature branch style approach, I call my parent task branch:

PROJECT-1567/master

When i create a subtask with a branch, it would be useful to detect the parent branch and give me the option to name my child branch as:

PROJECT-1567/PROJECT-1568-my-sub-task
