Pipelines Web UI Consumes too much CPU

I'm using Chrome. Whenever I open the pipelines web ui I see the CPU usage jump.

When I open a specific build while in progress (where the build log is scrolling by), I hear the fan kick on after a few seconds. I watch the process monitor and it seems to consume almost 100% of a CPU.

If I open a previously completed build, the cpu consumes almost 50%. The same occurs on the screen where you list all the builds.
