"Files changed" is shown as (0) for a PR when 2 PRs is created with the exact same file from different branches and has different changes, and one of the PR is merged. (BB-16154)

Steps to reproduce:

1 Have same files from two different branches.

2 Do changes on them both differently and create PRs to be merged to the same branch:
