If users create an issue on a repository before logging in, issue's Watchers showing "NaN" after logging in. (BB-16155)

Steps to reproduce:

1 Create an issue on a public repository (which belongs to you) without logging in.

2 It will show "Watchers" as NONE.

3 Then log into your account, and load that issue page again.

4 Vote the issue.

5 Now the page shows Watchers as "NaN"

Workaround: Refresh the page, and it will show correctly.
