Reply to Bitbucket notifications via email does not add changes to Bitbucket

When a bitbucket user is mentioned in an issue or is watching a repository/Pull Request, an e-mail is sent to that user.
When that user replies to the e-mail, the content is lost since as it is not added to the issue or pull request comments.

The "from" address is noreply@bitbucket.org but the name of commenter is used in the from field.
Due to that information being displayed on the summary of the email, we would expect to be able to reply to it, adding comments to the mentioned issue/pull request.

Would it be possible to add this functionality to Bitbucket as it would assist us to:

1. Keep comments up-to-date easily
2. Reply using a mobile device
3. Make it easy to reply in case 2FA is active
