Allow users to leave Teams and Repositories on their own

Currently users depend on the administrators to manage access to repositories and teams.
This includes leaving, or giving up access to a repository or team.
In many cases you want to be able stop your own access in order to guarantee governance where the administrators of the repository are failing.
The only user that would not be able to leave would be the master, that should also be the one to be able to delete the repository.
