Commit search: a parameter to automatically redirect the user to the first found commit

It'd be great if it were possible to use URLs like

.../commits/all?search=blabla&redirect=true

to link directly to commits by some unique text included in their description.

An integration I use generates commit descriptions before the actual commit, so the hash doesn't yet exist. And then it needs to show a link to this commit on Bitbucket.
