As an admin I want to see which repos have webhooks configured

Problem Definition

If a repo admin wants to see which of their repos have webhooks configured, they need to go to the settings of each repo. Users would like to see that at a glance, without having to check each repo.

Suggested Solution

One suggestion that has been made is to add an indication about this in the Dashboard, in the overview of the repositories. E.g. with an extra column that indicates whether a repo has a webhook configured or not.
