Broken feedback when deleting OAuth consumer

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to account settings > OAuth
2. Add an OAuth consumer
3. Delete the OAuth consumer

Actual Results

The list flickers with two copies of the deleted OAuth consumer, and then renders with the consumer present once. When refreshing, the consumer is not present.

At this point, deleting the OAuth consumer again results in the list refreshing with the OAuth consumer present twice. A JavaScript error (the server responded with a status of 404) is displayed in the console. The Delete action on the consumers no longer works.
