Allow sorting tags by semantic version number

Currently the tags in the drop down are sorted alphabetically, it would be very useful to be able to sort the tags by semantic version number, either as an option on the tags drop down, or more preferably as an option to make it the default sorting on the project settings.

this would be the equivalent of outputting the result of
