Transferring ownership of a repo breaks CodeDeploy add-on

Summary

When a repo is transferred to a new owner in Bitbucket, the corresponding change is not automatically made in the CodeDeploy add-on database.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Configure CodeDeploy add-on for a repo
2. Transfer the repo from one Bitbucket account to a different one

Expected Results

CodeDeploy add-on continues to work

Actual Results

Deployments fail and configuring the add-on also fails

Workaround

Contact Bitbucket Support so a developer can manually fix the issue for the specific repo
