Add ability to tag, group and archive (hide) repositories.

I suggest the following model, its a bit like gmail.

A button next to each repository to archive that repository. Once archived it does not appear on the main page, or in the drop down menu in the navigation header.

A button should be placed somewhere on the main page named "Archived", which when clicked brings up all archived repositories.

The main purpose the archive feature serves, is hiding it from the main page.

Now on to grouping/tagging.

Firstly, we should be able to create our own tags. Next, A button should exist for each tag created, when clicked, it should show all repositories (either archived or active) with the selected tag.

Tagging serves two purposes, to label a repository and a way for grouping repositories with the same tags.
