Advanced settings reset default when fork name is invalid.

Summary

With Permission and Integration in the Fork's Advanced settings selected and there's same repository name in the account, the settings will reset back to default after trigger Fork Repository and You already have a repository with this name error

###Steps to Reproduce

1. Select Inherit repository user/group permisssions_and _Enable HipChat notifications
2. Use existing repository name
3. Click Fork Repository

###Expected Results
Permission and Integration in the Advanced settings is reset back to default

The selected Permission and Integration in the Advanced settings will remain
