Prioritize exact matches in branch selection

When you search for a branch name when creating a new branch or a pull-request, if you type the exact branch you want, you still have to scroll past all of the other branches that contain that word. It would be nice if exact matches were floated up to the top.

For example, this happens with branches called: new_branch and branch_new
