Customer Request: Suggestion on improving Pull Request UI

Based on customer responses:

When we are reviewing a PullRequest, the most of times, PR have several files involved. In this cases, is pretty "slow" to make the review because some changes are related with other files involved, and to make a good review, we need to check if this changes are correct and consistent with those related files.

This is because we need to scroll up to find the files list, look up the related file, and check changes. This kind of actions could be easiest and faster if the list of the files involved in the PR, will be fixed at the left of the screen. In that way, will be fast to find the files that we need to check and later come back to the lines we were reviewing previously.

To make a summary, i think that will be useful to have the list of files involved in the PR fixed at the left of the screen.
