Renaming team causes it to lose the "last name"

When updating a team name (which had been set correctly on creation), on edit, it shows the full name in the edit field, however on reload only the first word remains and the access log shows me updating to the new name, if I and then make further changes after visiting the settings page again, the audit log shows I removed the "last name".
