Issue Tracker Sorting by Title

On the issue tracker for a repository, sorting by clicking the "Title" column header actually sorts by issue number (because the issue number is prefixed to the title in the table). I would expect it to sort alphabetically by the title.

Perhaps the issue number and title should be separate columns?
